Yes, we offer global shipping services to multiple countries. As long as your order is successfully placed, we can deliver to you.

  • For nearby countries like the U.S. and Canada: Typically 1-2 weeks.
  • For remote areas (such as Peru, etc.): About 3-4 weeks
    We offer free shipping to all countries and regions. If your order exceeds $300, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to the fastest logistics option (the fastest shipping usually takes 6-8 days to nearby countries).

We will process your order as quickly as possible, and tracking numbers are typically updated within 3-5 days. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your package. If the tracking information shows "tracking number created" but there are no further updates, don’t worry. This is normal, as the package needs time to be processed by the shipping company. Once the carrier receives the package, they will start updating the tracking details.

  • Situation 1: If you find that the product is damaged upon receiving the package, please take pictures or videos of the damage and contact us. We will review the issue and send a replacement product to you.
  • Situation 2: If the tracking shows that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your mailbox, yard, door gaps, doorstep, or with your neighbors. If you still can’t find it, please contact us for the logistics company’s contact details, and we will assist you in verifying the delivery status. (Please note that we are not involved in the delivery process—any issues should be addressed directly with the logistics company.)
